What's a good flip cast spinning reel??

Hello 2coolers! I am Looking to buy a good spinning reel and could use some help. I was looking at the penn spinfisher V 6500. Any good reviews about them? What about the shimanos?? I want something that is smoothe casting, holds at least 250 yards of 50lb braid, can hold up to big TFT, ling, etc..

What should I get. Keep in mind I don't want to spend over 200 for the reel. Thanks for your input!
