What do you take for your Allergies???

About three years ago I went from never having an allergy problem to taking 3 different types of allergy medicine a day. I take Allegra D 24hr, Singulair and Nasacort Nasal spray every day. If I miss 1 day on any of the three I end up with a sinus infection or just plain miserable for multiple days. I have to do this year round, not just seasonal.

Do any of you ave this same problem? Have any of you found a way around all the medication? It drives me nuts to spend almost $150 a month on this stuff.
