Was hoping to get some knowledge from the fountain lol. I was recently told that it was possible to have two VA loans at the same time. Called a "2nd Tier Entitlement". I'm wanting to keep my current home as a rental property and purchase a newer home to live in. Until now I thought I would just have to go the conventional route for the new home loan, but if the option is there I'd like to take advantage of it. Has anybody done it or does anybody have any info on this? Thanks in advance.
