Dove Hunting Private Property

How do the Texas Hunting Regulations differ, on private vs public lands, with regard to orange vest and cap, licensing, gun plugs, lead shot, etc? Are there any differences, with limits, in the different zones? Yes, I know the Handbook, is my friend, but I know my 2 Cool friends, know, as well! Thanks, Fellows!
