Is this a good or bad deal on a 89 yamaha pro 50 for 2,100

I need to repower my pontoon boat and found this Used 1989 Yamaha Pro 50 2,250 no controls or prop from a local dealer. They are offering install for that price and 90 day warranty. I talked a bit to them and they said 2,100 TTL.

Is this a good deal I was thinking the install helps with the price...
