Texas City Dike to Jetties

What kind of ride is expected putting in at the dike and heading to the jetties?

Would there be somewhere closer to put in near the jetties trailering from League City?



Is there somewhere to check for conditions prior to heading to the jetties?

I have been trying to locate anything in regards to this and can't find anything.
