Fiancee called off engagement, and kicked me out of the house

Long story short, we got in a big arguement on Saturday evening, and she told me "that was it" and the engagment was off. She then proceeded to tell me I had to leave the house (we have both been living in this rent house for over a year together). Her and her 2 kids and me and my kid. She told me I better leave right then and there (2AM in in the morning) and I told her NO. I wasnt going anywhere and that I lived there just as much as she did. She said my name was not on the lease. She called the cops on me and they said "it would be better if I left" but that I didnt have to because that was my home as well...he looked at my DL and it had our address on the home. So me and my son left and stayed in a local hotel. I just gave her $1200 Saturday morning for the month of October bills...(they are not due until 10/1 and 10/15) but I paid her for them early because I just got paid and I usually pay for the whole months bills at one time..I dont have to do that, I just do because it helps her out financially. Well I asked her to give me my $1200 back, and she said NO. I asked her for my ring back and she said NO.

So this girl Kicks me and my son out on the street @ 2AM in the morning and leaves us with nowhere to go. She calls the cops on my so I can leave, she keeps my $1200 (that I paid in advance for October bills), and she changed the locks on the doors. I told her she had to give me 30 days to find a new place for my and my son...she said NO and kicked me and my son out on the street...Now Im left scrambling trying to find a place for me and my son to live and she kept my $1200 that I could use to find a new place. What a B**ch!!!
