Best ramp for Hannah's?

I will be staying at Louis boat camp and rv park this weekend. I plan on fishing that area (jones bay) etc. but I have never fished Hanna's and would like to try it out. I've actually never fished east bay at all. Where would I be best off launching to get over to hannas? Is it dangerous getting across the bay? I will be in the boat in my avatar. An 18ft mako flats boat.



I'm also wanting to try the causeway. Is it safe to head south out of jones to get to the causeway? Or would I be better off pulling the boat out and trailering to fat boys?
