Lime Shrimp/Crabmeat tacos

Been playing with this for a while. Peel/devein shrimp and season shrimp with what you like. I usually use a little old bay or SYM. Using a cast iron skillet with veg/canola oil (NOT OLIVE) add shrimp. Once 1/2 cooked (1-2 min) add minced jalapeno, garlic, scallions. Let go another 30-60 seconds. Add juice form 4-5 limes. Add 1/2 C. of tequlia and burn off. Add about 1/2 -3/4 stick of butter and let melt. Fold in crabmeat.



Add to some corn tortillas with a little cilantro/Pico and you're golden. It is truly easy, but amazing.
