Knick with a rusty hook.

This may sound like a stupid question but I figured I'd ask be for a jumped and went to the dr. This Sunday I was fishing and somehow knicked myself with a rusty treble hook on my corky. I didn't think anything of it until yesterday the small cut looks pretty irritated. I've poured alcohol and peroxide and last night soaked it in hot saltwater. This AM it's raised a bit on the smaller scrape.



What do y'all think ?
