How is overnighting (sleeping) on a cat vs monohull?

Would like to hear from some folks who have had experiences on both. Specifically which rolls side to side less when drifting. I've searched the forums for an answer but can't find any comparisons. I can get no sleep on my monohull, so I'm useless the second day, but I heard cats roll less. I know it's not a fishin question but it is of some importance to me so any input would be appreciated.
