Playa Del Carmen fishing guide?

We're heading down to Playa Del Carmen in a couple of weeks and I would like to secure a fishing trip for me and my wife. I want to do some bottom fishing and some jigging. I don't want to troll. Any recommendations? We're staying at the Valentin Imperial Maya. About 25 mins south of Cancun. Thanks
