boat shoes

Alright time for upgrade on old sperrys. Would like thoughts on good comfortable boat shoe,my old sperrys hurt bottom of feet after 6 hrs of fishing and driving boat. Looking at sperrys h2o and kingfisher like some feedback on these or others y'all might know about thanks
