Warm Fishing Jacket?

I am looking for a warm, water-proof, fishing jacket that is not too bulky or heavy and that I won't need a second mortgage to buy. Any suggestions? Oh yes, I will be mostly fishing from a 21 foot CC. Thanks in advance.
