lease for other than hunting

I'm in my 60s and have killed a dump truck full for game in my life. Just no need to do all the feeders, food plots and game processing stuff any more. However I love the out of doors and the life associated with the sport. Do you suppose that ranch owners would consider a reduced cost to a guy that just wants to be there doing all the other stuff that comes with loving the land?
