cabin for sale maybe?

I’m testing the waters here, there is a chance I will be losing my deer lease in the next couple months so I’m just trying to get ahead of the game. I bought a Graceland cabin 14'X40' shell and finished out the inside to be a one bedroom cabin currently located in "West Columbia". All furniture was bought last year and its top of the line no cheap stuff. I'm looking to sale this cabin fully furnished as is dishes, rugs, TV, entertainment center gun cabinet and so on. This cabin is roughly 500 square foot and very roomy. This would be great for a mother in-law house, temporary place while building a home or even a deer lease cabin for someone. If I sell I'm thinking 24K as is the buyer would have to have it moved, this is a common move so it will not be a issue to be moved.
