repaint boat??

I have a 21' explorer that I was thinking about getting repainted. everything on it seems fine to me but me and the wife saw one with a cool paint job and kinda want ours to look cool also. what kinda ballpark price will I be looking at? and should I have the deck removed and or checked while doing this......there are no soft spots now but it is an 04 model...
