Power Pole Service

I have always told everyone that PP has the best customer service and stands behind their product. Here is my story:

I broke the knuckle on my blade and spoke to Nathan. 3 days later the knuckle and spike were on my doorstep. I had some other work to do and went down to work on the boat and decided to pull the old parts off to make things a little quicker. Something happened and the hydraulic hose pinched.
I called PP and spoke to Casey to buy the parts. They said THAT was covered under warranty as well. I asked for two day shipping and they charged me minimally for that.

I called to buy a quart of the green marine oil and they didnt want to charge me for that either.

These guys have their stuff together. Hats off to them
