03 Tundra-Driver window issue

03 Tundra driver's side window will go down w/o problem (electric not manual). However, when raising window it may stop after a short trip up and then switch doesn't work. Wait about 20 seconds, switch up and it works just like it should. Distance going UP before it stops varies. But once it starts again, it goes up like it should.

Is it: (1) bad switch; (2) motor going bad; (3) something else?

How easy to remove door panel to investigate?
