Jig Head Shapes

With all the different jig head shapes, is any one better than the other?



I usually fish with shad heads, but there are round heads and mullet imitation heads, etc... Is there truly any difference between the shapes for the type of inshore fishing we do?



I noticed Chicken Boy sells round heads, every brand has a different shape, does it really make that much of a difference?
