Best place to get buck aged?

Im tired of our biologist calling every deer we shoot 2.5 and 3.5. he even called a 6.5 year old 7 point we tried to kill for three years 3.5. I just want to send a dna sample or teeth off to a more reliable source. Anyone got any suggestions?
