Decided to make a run with a co worker and my boss for some brownie points by putting him on some flounder. Ran out of TCD in sloppy condition through the ship channel. Once we got to the sweet spot. We loaded the boat with flounder. I decided to play the role of guide and allow my two passengers to catch all the fish. For my my boss's first time catching flounder he looked like a pro. The bait of choice was soft plastic and live shrimp. The bonus of the day was my fight with a Big Ugly. All in all great day on the water.
