Worst customer service ever!

I know I have read on here about how bad comcast customer service is but my wife and I went with them anyway.



First they sold my wife on TV Internet and home security. services techs come out tell us we don't have home security.

Then want to run the cable across my walk way.

When they get everything installed the WIFI single didn't reach outside of the room of the box.

So called the next day to have everything fixed. After an hour on the phone had a tech scheduled for a week later. The SOB never showed!

So called back and again hour on the phone. Again tech schedule for another week out. He showed but couldn't do the security until WIFI was fixed and wasn't his job. So the next day WIFI guy comes out and get WIFI up and working. Then scheduled for home security guy to come back out in 2 weeks 12-5.

He shows up at 9 ar night on a monday. Told him no I have 2 kids sleeping.

So called and schedule for another tech to come out in 2 more weeks.



Well before he made it out they gut our services. Because we didn't pay. Called 5 times now to have it all cut off and they can't seem to do it.

So tonight I called and told them that I would not pay for anything and the equipment will siting on my front porch waiting for a tech.



Sorry for the long post but I just don't understand how they stay in business with this garbage.
