Sight Casting Redfish from the Kayak

A few weekends ago myself and 8 friends made our annual camping trip to the beaches of East Matagorda. We enjoyed cool temperatures, decent wind, great fishing, and even better company during the trip. I tried to keep the GoPro rolling most of my time on the water and ended up with lots of good footage while sight casting reds in about a foot of water. Instead of making a short 3-4 minute video of the highlights with a little background music I decided to try something a little different on this one. It's a whole lot longer (almost 20 minutes) but includes a voice over (in bad quality) explaining the area we fished and how we fished it. No fancy equipment was used to create this video. Just a couple of PVC camera mounts and one GoPro Hero 3 white edition for the footage, the cab of my truck (aka: my recording studio) to record the voice over, and a Macbook Pro with iMovie to piece it all together. If you're looking for something to do during your lunch break today then this will eat up 20 minutes of it.
