Off Topic - Need Trailer Help

Spent most of the weekend doing maintenance work.



Went to move trailer to air up tires etc. and the Kodiak brakes are locked up. Tried to get them to break, but no such luck.



Anyone know a mobile trailer mechanic? Trailer is located on Tiki.
