Gel coat repair

I missed the bunkboards on my trailer while loading in yesterday's high winds and outgoing tide on Sabine Lake. Gouged out the gel coat on the keel. I'm looking for a reputable repairman in the Baytown to Kemah areas. I've heard of a man by the name of Orlando in the Kemah area. Can anyone give me any info on him or someone else good? Thanks
