Light wsw winds at sunrise. Water temp around 76. Very Little water movement. Fished a few bayous first thing. Caught 3 keeper flounder all around 18". Lost 2 others. Used a silver spoon and a chicken in a chain Cocahoe Minnow. Highlight of the day was an Otter chasing bait for about 10 minutes within 20' feet of the boat. Chased some birds. Tried maybe 10 flocks, caught maybe 25-30 fish, zero keepers. (Should have launched on the Louisiana side) Stopped chasing birds and fished some humps, but could not locate any keepers. Mostly fished the south end of the lake, water color was fine. Run to the north end, water was much dirtier. Fished from sunrise to noon.
