Red Fish or Trout by Foot ??????

I am meeting a buddy first thing in the morning for some flounder action. Assuming things go well, I was hoping to try a spot for reds and trout after. I will be in the Galveston area wading only...Gonna leave the boat at home. I have to be heading home by 12:30, but look to flounder from 6-9, then maybe switch it up a little. Anyone been on a good wade from the bank lately and care to share?
