How is SWP crowd on weekdays?

I have never fished there, but would like to try. I don't need to fish on weekends. Can go whenever I want.



I get the sarcasm from other threads, and read that as it must be a nightmare on weekends this time of year. Definitely don't need that, I am not that mad at them.



Any experience with mid-week? Might go try it tomorrow morning.



Incoming or outgoing tide best? Or either, just need moving water?



Gulps and Chickenboys seem to be the artificials of choice, and finger mullet for live bait. Count to 20 or so when you feel a bite. I have never targeted flounder, so I have no skills or experience in this area. Every flounder I have ever caught was an accident. Plus the few I gigged, many moons ago.



Any tips or advice?



This will be purely catch and release. I will report back if I offend any particular groups of people...
