Grizzly 450 or Rancher 420

So about a week and a half ago I posted online bout awesome deals on the honda rancher 4x4 in Mississippi, well since iv still been working every day I found a new deal on a Yamaha grizzly 450 4x4 automatic and the deal is great also and it's here in Texas and I was wanting some insight on people's review with the grizzly cuz it has independent suspension and the reviews I keep reading are putting the yamaha ahead in my book, so now the choice is it has independent suspension automatic transmission more ground clearance better towing capacity and differential lock 4x4. I'm planning on taking some vacation soon and either I'm gona get the honda or the grizzly. Like I said I'm not going to rag it out its just wanting some help with thoughts on the selection thanks
