Fort Knox Home Security - Installer Code

I have a home security system from Fort Knox and I am having problems with a sensor. It is a standard DSC system and I want to replace the sensor myself but I need the “installer code” to do that and they won’t give it to me.I have tried the standard DSC installer codes but they do not work.Do any of you have Fort Knox Security and know what installer code they use?Early in my contract with them they gave it to me to walk me through some changes over the phone but if I wrote it down I can’t find it.





And in case any of you are wondering this is not a code to turn the alarm off if someone breaks in….that’s the master code and I have that.The installer code is something the alarm companies often put on the system so anytime you make a change they get to charge you for a service call.It is needed to do any programming in the system.
