Facebook created an unwanted page for our company

Hey guys, I've got an interesting problem, our admin person decided to do a google search on our company, and found a facebook page for our company, that we did not create, or ask to have created. Seems to be something they did on their own, and we do not want it up and want it taken down. How would you approach them about doing that? We don't want any likes, favs, or any comments on the web concerning our business. Currently they do not have our e-mail address, and I don't want to give it to them either.
