Dog found south shore harbor league city

An older black dog followed my sister and her boxer home on a run last night. He had a collar on but no tags. She will be taking him to the league city animal shelter today, maybe he is chipped and if not, hopefully his family will think to look for him there. Does anyone recognize this guy?

He is really friendly.
