2nd chance flounder

being prime -time coming up, and wanting to maximize your efforts to take advantage of the 2 count, i know EVERYONE has experienced the feeling of getting ready to put a flounder in the net,,,only,,to have him open up his mouth and ...let the bait go.thats when a couple choice words are usually muttered.the question of the day is,has anyone ever 'seen'(if the water is clear enough)that the flounder was not hooked and you open up your bail and let him swim off to see if he/she will totally eat the bait the 2nd time ?? thanks for any info,i'm sure there are lots of flounder 'experts' on the site....and....twice as many ....wise crackers...lol...thanks
