Blue Triggerfish ID?

We snagged this little guy on a weed line about 75nm out of Packery Channel. We were trying to catch hard tails for bait, and he was on the surface in about 1500' of water. He was dark blue initially and then the light blue spots showed up after he was in the live well. A really pretty fish and is now in my aquarium, so hopefully he survives. Anyone know which type of trigger? A Blue Spotted. Trigger seems logical, but not very scientific.
