Skinner Needed

Due to health reasons we have lost our deer skinner of the past 6 years. Looking for someone with a flexible schedule(perfect for a retired hunter). Duties are to skin and gut our deer and hang them in the walk in cooler. And the occasional pig. And to keep the cleaning area clean. Ranch is located in the Victoria, TX area. We kill 100-110 deer per season so it is not 1 or 2 a day. This is not a commercial operation only myself and grandkids and friends. There are a few charity hunts each season as well. We provide lodging(a 30' travel trailer, clean) and dinner each night. Pay is $100/day. Typical schedule show up Friday before afternoon hunt leave Sunday after morning hunt,$300. There are times we need the person for more days especially during the holidays. Our season runs October thru February.PM if interested.
