2004 2 stroke 60Hp Yamaha Vs. 2006 yamaha 2 stroke 50Hp

Im in the process of buying a different motor for my boat. The first motor is a 2004 2 stroke 60Hp motor that has only been run fresh water. Guy claims it is a good motor and has low hours on it for $2,700 The other is a 2006 yamaha 50Hp also a 2 stroke, but it has run in salt water and freshwater. Mechanic says it is a really clean motor also and has low hours. His price on that one is $2,800. I need some advice on what motor you guys think i should go with. Is there any difference between the 04 and 06 other than the year? Are there pros and cons? Please give me some feedback. Motors are from two seperate dealers and they both come with a 30 Day warranty
