Why is it that most salt water boats don't offer a rod box? I came from the bass boat world where that is a standard feature. I look at bay boats and flats boats and I can see where they could incorporate them into their designs but they don't in most cases. Yet I don't want to pull up at a Wal-Mart with my rods sitting the in the bed of my truck or exposed in a console rod holders. Even tucked under a cat walk is ok but why not enclose that into a rod locker? Am I the only one who wants a rod box on their boats?
