After years of focusing on others, and years of eating anything I wanted, I finally tunred attention to myself after I started feeling really bad. Scared myself. Shortness of breath, you name it. The blood test scared my doctor as well.
Based on my own desire, I had the full work up including ekg's and stress tests. Heart was fine. Cholesteral and triglicerides had doc worried I might stroke out on the way home from her office.
