Our Policy [Dry Cleaners]

Went to dry cleaners this morning to pick up wife's leather jacket that she spilled some food on at a New Years get together.I told the lady that I had dropped it off about a month ago.When I dropped it off,the guy told me,three to four weeks, as they had to send it out to someone who does leather.This lady told me it had been two months and they were going to sell the jacket next week.I asked the lady why she did not call me as my phone number is on the receipt? The lady stated''we have too many customers to call''.I asked her''then why do you ask for a phone number''? She stated''it's our policy"! lol
