Knee Doctor Recommendation Needed

The wife had her knee replaced 6 months ago, still cannot bend her knee enough to keep from limping. Did all the rehab, but still has a problem. She needs to get another opinion, any recommendations? cannot be a Methodist Hospital doctor.
