You have a choice between two properties. Property A is 100 acres low fenced with really nice small home. Property B is 160 acres high fenced with a "Hunter's" cabin, there is electric and water at B but no septic. B has not been stocked with any enhanced game. Let's assume they are the same price and relatively same location. Wife and kids should be part of the equation. I'm aware that there are a million other variables that might be required, but would enjoy the input, thanks.
