A couple of buddies and I along with the wives are looking to book an offshore trip some time next year out of Galveston or Freeport. We're looking for some advice on when to book a trip considering we'll be looking for the best time of year to catch fair weather (for the ladies sake) and best time to bring back a nice haul. We're not necessarily concerned with targeting a specific species, just looking for a good time for all with the hopes of leaving thinking it was money well spent.
