Veteran Advocate -- VA Hospital

I've read in the past there is a person at the VA Hospital here in Houston who helps veterans navigate the system and knows the right buttons to press to get help.

I'm hoping someone can point me to the right person there as I would like to discuss a personal situation regarding a relative who recently died.
