Options on Shoalwater 23. Need your thoughts

Those of you who are familiar with shoalwater or own one. What options do you think are essential for adding to the 23?. Also I am looking at maybe doing standard console but adding tower later





Like a cav plate? Bilge pump? Tabs etc?.



Also. Plastic hatches? Or flush mounted ?
