need help making comparison on baysteath and others

I need to get some feed back from you guys and gals.

friend has a 22' vip baystealth with a Yamaha 150 vmax engine.

has 202 hours on boat/motor.

what other type of boats would you compare it to, since there is no web site for the baystealth any more. would like to hear your pros and cons on this boat. I mainly fish the jetties and bays. don't go out to the rigs.

I believe it is a 2003 model and he is asking 14k.
