Mcclain trailer from academy

I need to get a trailer for my 14ft jon boat. They have one that fits up to 14ft boats for 499. It comes with 8" wheels. Can I swap those out for 12"?? Id be afraid 8" is too small. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!
