GPS recommendations anybody?

I have a GPS that works fine,but i need to be able to put in routes,waypoints etc,not just a route that the GPS wants to take.The GPS will be used in a car,so there will be times i need to use different routing and would like to be able to do this.Thanks 2 cool!
