Anybody try using your anchor to get unstuck?

Just a thought. Has anyone ever used your digger anchor as a pulling point with a small hand winch to pull your boat off of a sandbar? Wouldnt be pretty and might take some effort but i would think a stout boat trailer winch hooked to the bow eye and to your anchor could get it done. Anybody try it?



No not for you guys with barges. Im talking about some of the flats boats under 20ft or so.....
