Residential Survey Help

In middle of refinancing my house. Set to close today and last night at 5pm I received a call from Lender indicating that I needed a new survey done since I put a pool last year. With the late notification from Lender, I am now down to roughly 10 days to obtain survey and then close refi.



(1) Does anyone work for a Survey company that can turn around a residential survey around within a week?



OR



(2) Does anyone know a reputable survey company who won't gouge me for doing a survey within a week?
